Prints ordered for home and to see how they turn out.
Unfortunately, they could only be printed size 15" by 10" due to the DPI.
This surely proves I need to learn to use photoshop better or do more raw images with my camera.
I think I will use some raw images on the print space website to see how these come out, purely to get an idea for the DPI and quality of the originals.

> As well as photoshop development - I will watch some YouTube videos and make notes.
I will also be working on some sketching and collecting images. I want to work on collages to begin with that may develop into more.
Need a decent sketchbook for this. WH smiths, Hobbycraft perhaps?
As always I feel I want to do more research on insects, spiders and fungi. Transformations and metamorphosis have always been interests of mine.
> Once I get my camera back I will work on some more shots. Take my time as well as be more selective perhaps.
> Develop these over the next week. Themes - nature, insects, mould, fungi, water, rocks, formations.
> Sketch some ideas for painting as well as practice on drawing skills.

1st Step
I am Rose Jekyll - the artist!
This is my reforming blog to reclaim myself once more. I have lost the artist in me so many times but this is my reforming of my love for art once and for all.
Plan for 1st week:
> Contact Wistow Art Gallery about exhibiting - focus on natural prints as well as showing examples of abstract paintings.
> Post on FB page and blog with new ideas. No old prints. Even if they are work in progress pieces I want just new ideas.
> Get prints ordered from printspace - picked best ones to try out. I could only print fairly small due to the alterations made to the images, so I will need to create more photos with better quality for larger prints.
- Check Fleckney art comp conditions.
- Prints for Wistow Gallery - not taking new artists right now.
> I can enter this using JPEG images. https://www.leicesterartzone.com/exhibitionentry Enter competition. Not sure - it costs to enter. £10 for 1, £15 for 2, £20 for 3.
> Revamp of get rid of Etsy account - it depends on which is the best idea right now as it isn't doing me any favours.
Side note: Advertise projector on Free-cycle.??? Might still use this for art exhibitions. Will need to consider. Also where to keep it.
